Wallet Setting
The “Connect Wallet” feature on Vee.Finance Dapp includes Metamask, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet, and Huobi Wallet. Make sure that you have switched the wallet network to Avalanche Mainnet C Chain or HECO before connecting the wallet to Vee Finance.
Connecting MetaMask to Vee.Finance
Step 1. Click [Connect Wallet] if you are using a desktop browser to access VeeFinance. You will now see a pop-up presenting different options for connecting your wallet. Click [Metamask] to install the Metamask extension. Click here to learn how to install MetaMask extension.
Step 2. You can also connect to Vee Finance visa Metamask’s app browser. In this case, Open the in-app browser (the in-app browser can be found by clicking the three-bar menu icon on the top left).
Step 3. Head to https://vee.finance/ using the search bar and click [CONTINUE] to enter Vee Finance. You are now connected to Vee Finance on Metamask.
How to Use WalletConnect?
The process of using WalletConnect to connect to Vee.Finance is different on mobile and desktop browsers. If you have issues connecting, which occasionally happens, go back to the beginning and try all the steps again.
Step 1. Click the [Connect Wallet] button if you are using a desktop browser to access Vee Finance. You will now see a pop-up presenting different options for connecting your wallet. Click [Wallet Connect] to display a QR code.
Step 2. We will use this QR code to scan with your WalletConnect enabled mobile wallet. In our example, we will connect using imToken.
Step 3. In imToken, head to [Wallet] and then click the scan icon on the top right corner. This selection will bring up your camera for you to then scan the QR code.
Step 4. Once you have scanned the QR code, a pop-up will appear in your wallet. Click [Allow] to give Vee Finance a request to interact with your wallet, you will be successfully connected.
Step 5. You can also connect to Vee Finance within your mobile device’s browser. In this case, follow step 2 as per usual. However, instead of seeing a QR code, you will find a list of wallets to choose from. Select your wallet, in our case the imToken option, and you will be back at step 4.
How to access Vee.Finance on Coinbase Wallet
Step 1. Navigate to Settings on Coinbase Wallet mobile app, select Default Network, then Avalanche C-Chain network or HECO from the list.
Step 2. Click [Connect Wallet] if you are using a desktop browser to access Vee Finance. You will now see a pop-up presenting different options for connecting your wallet. Click [Coinbase Wallet] to display a QR code or install the Coinbase Wallet extension.
Step 3. Scan to connect. In Coinbase Wallet, head to [Setting] and click [WalletLink]. This selection will bring up your camera for you to scan the QR code. Once you have scanned the QR code, your wallet will be successfully connected with Vee Finance.
Step 4. Or install the Coinbase Wallet extension to access Vee Finance. Click here to learn how to install Coinbase Wallet extension. We do not recommend this way because of connecting issues, which will be occasionally happened.
Step 5. You can also connect to Vee Finance visa Coinbase Wallet’s app browser. In this case, navigate to “DApps” on Coinbase Wallet. Head to https://vee.finance/ using the search bar and click [CONTINUE] to enter Vee Finance.
Step 6. Under Vee Finance’s Wallet Manager, click [Coinbase Wallet]. You are now connected to Vee Finance on Coinbase Wallet.
How to access Vee.Finance via Huobi Wallet?
Step 1: Navigate to [Wallet] on the Huobi Wallet app, click [Add Wallet], then AVAX or Huobi ECO Chain network from the list. Follow the prompts until the wallet is added.
Step 2: Head to [Brower] and enter ‘vee’ in the search bar, then select VEE on HECO or AVAX based on your wallet network settings. Click [CONTINUE] enter Vee.Finance Dashboard.
Step 3: You can also use a desktop browser to access Vee.Finance. In this case, Click [Connect Wallet] in the upper right corner of the Dapp and select Huobi Wallet on the pop-up page. You are now connected to Vee.Finance on Huobi Wallet.
